1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cleanspan Nexus website and related documentation materials located at peakmaxflow.one, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms unless otherwise required by mandatory law. These terms govern both informational browsing and any inquiry forms you submit. Nothing herein creates an employment relationship unless a separate written agreement is executed. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization when submitting forms on its behalf.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the Civil Act and related Korean statutes, Cleanspan Nexus and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content. Aggregate liability for direct damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Cleanspan Nexus for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or where no fees apply, one hundred thousand South Korean won. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
3. Description of Services and Informational Content
The site presents descriptive materials concerning CRM data cleansing, integration planning, and related professional services. Unless expressly governed by a separate statement of work, all descriptions are illustrative and do not constitute binding offers. Pricing ranges shown are informational estimates only and do not guarantee availability, scope, or final fees. Technical documentation may reference third-party platforms; Cleanspan Nexus is not responsible for vendor roadmap changes. You remain responsible for securing appropriate licenses and credentials for any systems discussed.
4. Suspension and Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to the site, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, attempted unauthorized access, or engaged in conduct that jeopardizes site integrity or other users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive—including limitations of liability, intellectual property, and governing law—shall remain in effect. You may cease use at any time. Where a separate commercial agreement exists, termination of site access does not automatically terminate such agreement, which is governed by its own clauses.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, layouts, diagrams, trademarks, and curated datasets displayed on the site are owned by Cleanspan Nexus or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act and applicable unfair competition provisions in Korea. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except for temporary caching strictly necessary to browse or as permitted by law. Any feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without obligation of confidentiality or compensation, except where a signed NDA states otherwise. Open-source components, where used, remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of foreign law. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the site shall rest with the courts of Seoul, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules grant you a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least thirty days before initiating litigation, except for claims requiring provisional remedies.
