No. We work inside your tenants and infrastructure accounts; hosting or long-term storage remains your responsibility.

Scope Can you replace our Salesforce AE?

We are not a vendor substitute. We document and implement agreed changes; platform billing and outage escalations stay with your existing relationships.

Delivery How quickly can a hygiene sprint start?

Most engagements begin two to three weeks after signed paperwork, assuming read-only access is provisioned on schedule.

Delivery Do you guarantee match rates?

We publish precision targets per segment but never promise 100% automatic matching—ambiguous corporate names still require human review lanes.

Pricing Why is pricing a wide band?

Depth of merge logic, number of objects, and cutover risk drive effort. Estimates are fixed after discovery, not hidden behind seat-based upsells.

Pricing Are travel days included?

Seoul metro workshops can be included when scoped explicitly. International travel is billed separately with signed estimates.

Limitations What stays out of scope by default?

Managed runtime hosting, 24/7 pager ownership, and bespoke mobile SDK performance tuning are excluded unless a change request expands the statement of work.

Limitations Will you sign unlimited liability clauses?

We negotiate liability caps tied to fees paid. Unlimited liability is not available for data integration projects.

Security How do you handle PDPA requests?

We map personal data flows in writing and align retention to your policies. Legal interpretation remains with your counsel.

Security Can engineers share production passwords in tickets?

No. We use short-lived secrets or your SSO flows. Passwords pasted into tickets are rejected and rotated if discovered.
